The Position
An exciting opportunity is available for a Recruitment Resourcer to work within our team at our Sunshine Coast Branch where you will be responsible for providing admin and recruitment support to ensure that effective candidate management and communication is maintained with all applicants.
Responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties including first point of call for phones and greeting customers.
- Assisting with the coordinating of recruitment activities including posting advertisements, shortlisting resumes, telephone screens, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, onboarding and managing correspondence during the recruitment process
- Preparing and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
- Communicating with candidates regarding availability and managing our candidate pools
- Accurate data entry into complex client/candidate management system (FastTrack).
This is a full-time position working 5 days Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 4.30pm
To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- High level administration and organisation with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record management
- Strong communication skills with an ability to liaise with a diverse range of people
- Be community focused with a desire to help others
- Have a driven attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Covid 19 vaccination is mandatory
Applicants must also have the ability to complete a police check and have a current driver's license.
