- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for replacement and new positions.
- Build and maintain talent pools and manage candidate relationships.
- Develop strong relationships with key hiring leads and HRBPs.
- Collaborate with our off-shore sourcing team to identify top candidates for immediate and future needs.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and contribute to the development of talent processes.
- Solve talent-related challenges and act as a valued partner to the business.
- Support the execution of global strategic programs and projects.
What Will Make You Successful:We are seeking a passionate recruiter who will be a brand ambassador for our business. The successful candidate will possess:- Minimum 4 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to establish trust with key stakeholders.
- A competitive drive to find the best candidates quickly.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Full working rights in Australia.
