We invite proactive self-starters to apply for our entry-level position as a Recruitment Support Officer and become a key player in driving our customer-focus approach.
Your can-do attitude will be driven by adaptable and creative problem solving.
Your administrative skills will boost the Recruitment team by assisting with functional recruitment activities, eRecruitment systems, social media and general support.
Your exceptional writing skills will contribute to writing dynamic and engaging job ads, social media posts, reports and emails.

Duties will include:
- Liaise, advise and provide support to Hiring Managers
- Provide candidates with a positive experience through all phases of the recruitment process
- Manage communication with candidates using our e-Recruitment system
- Offer comprehensive administration and office support for recruitment processes and campaigns
- Write engaging job ads and ensure accurate and timely advertising of all DCP vacancies
- Maintain an advertising tracker
- Manage the Recruitment team email inbox
- Provide internal support to users of the eRecruitment system.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess great attention to detail
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Have fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
- Be driven, confident, creative, and motivated
- Be a fast learner and open to develop new skills.
