Our client is looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to be responsible for managing the delivery of daily recruitment activities, reporting, providing team support, managing KPI achievement and adherence to policies and procedures.
About you
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Team lead, within the mining sector - essential
- Strong ability to lead and support a large team, attend one on ones, provide guidance and approvals
- Ability to produce recruitment reports including market trends, KPI's stats, conversions, and WFP schedules, strong excel skills - essential
- Can produce detailed PowerPoint Presentations and confident when presenting at CEO level
- Ability to drive recruitment activities to deliver KPI's and timelines
- Capability to manage volume recruitment strategies and project startups across the business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Happy to travel to sites across WA and QLD at least 4 times a year
