About the role
This is a varied role which forms the backbone of the business. Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist consultants with finding suitable candidates for client roles across the insurance industry through sourcing candidates on our database, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct market mapping and market research
- Arrange interview times, interview preparation and candidate meetings
- Write and post job advertisements on multiple advertising platforms such as SEEK and LinkedIn
- Conduct reference checks on behalf of senior and principal consultants
- Maintain our internal client/candidate database including updating company organisation charts, client and candidate details
- Screen CVs and source new candidates using a variety of methods, including referrals, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Assist with managing our relationships with existing candidates
- Assist with market mapping and report writing for executive search assignments for senior roles in the insurance industry
About you
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in an office environment, preferably in a recruitment agency/executive search firm
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to pick up on new concepts and learn quickly
- A team player
- Ability to build strong working and client relationships at all levels
- The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends
