About the role
We are looking to appoint an Operations Manager, RTO to join our team.
The Operations Manager, RTO is responsible for the coordination, oversight and implementation of the RTO’s policies and procedures that underpin the successful delivery of service excellence to students and corporate clients, who engage with the enrolled in courses offered through the RTO.
This role coordinates and guides RTO Student Services and Administrative staff, supports the management of VET and contractual compliance, whilst providing a reliable administrative function for the RTO.
Skills and Experiences
The successful candidate will have:
· Relevant vocational or tertiary qualification and/or equivalent and extensive experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector in administration and operations
· High level planning skills with the ability to maintain composure, balance high workloads, strict deadlines and conflicting priorities
· Experience coaching, managing and leading administrative teams in complex compliance-driven work environments

Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 8 $125,897 p.a. (comprising Salary of $110,750 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement
