Due to ongoing growth across the business, they require a driven sales professional with a proven track record of building genuine rapport with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting with inquiries, offering product advice, and processing purchases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
- Stay updated on market pricing and conduct targeted cold calls to new businesses in the region.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives and implement strategies to grow sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and managing expectations effectively.
- Complete sales reports accurately within a timely manner.
- Demonstrated sales and/or account management experience, preferably in hardware, retail, or industrial sectors.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage successfully with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Possess a current and valid driver's license.
