AddressMy client has a strong market presence across the casual dining space here in NSW, QLD and plans for expansion within the next 2 years. We are currently searching for a key piece of the puzzle, to help drive growth across their brand, to join in the capacity of Senior Regional Manager
The role:
- Lead daily operations of the current 11 sites
- Champion culture within the restaurants, FOH & BOH both given the support they need to do their jobs effectively
- Full recruitment for stores, end to end people strategy across the sites
- Support the Director in all areas from marketing, HR, finance & new business development
- Previous experience as a Area/Regional manager within the QSR/casual dining food retail industry
- Enjoy being the face of the brand - this is not an office based position
- Experience in kitchens would be highly regarded
- Energetic, skilled in people management & always wanting to learn more!
- Salary base of $150k + super
- Bonus, car/travel allowance & tools provided
