The RoleProgrammed Skilled Workforce have an opportunity for a motivated and dedicated leader to join our Industrial staffing division based in Adelaide with a focus on growth and performance across South Australia.
Your primary focus will be to develop this region and its network, delivering quality contingent workforce solutions. you will build and execute clear growth strategy for the acquisition of new customers and diversifying the industry base we work in.

- Ability to deliver high level Customer Relationship Management that promotes service excellence and customer retention
- Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities

- Leading, coaching and mentoring existing staff
