Your opportunity
The Regional Manager leads the delivery of effective and efficient Retail Administration across a set region. It partners with Regional and General Managers within the business as well as key stakeholders within the broader business to build strong relationships with Business Partners, and mitigate commercial, financial and legal risk to our business. This role will identify and deliver goals and strategies to deliver the Team Plan and Scentre Group Ambition
- Use influence and problem-solving skills to unlock roadblocks and obstacles to help the team succeed
- Attract, retain and develop the best talent Stakeholder Management
- Ensure a high level of focus on quality/accuracy of information and speed to transact, end to end
- Understand the commercial imperatives and drivers for our business and our stakeholders to help influence and deliver the best outcome
- Build trusting, effective and productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and execute the Retail Administration team plan to deliver the Scentre Group ambition
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Influence and challenge the terms of high-risk covenants to mitigate commercial, legal and financial risk to Scentre Group
- Promote and maintain a high level of data integrity within internal systems
- In-depth knowledge of retail leasing legislation across Australia/New Zealand and its practical application to our business
- Motivate and inspire the team. Invest in team development and success through dashboard and scorecard reviews, career/development plans, coaching conversations and ongoing feedback
