They provide support and oversight for minor or major capital projects, visiting Depots regularly to align with works planning. They take responsibility for the condition of Depots/sites/properties, ensuring efficient issue resolution, prioritisation of works, and allocation of resources to maintain high standards across Essential Energy's portfolio.About You Bringing practical expertise in Project Management, you excel in coordinating projects that meet and exceed expectations in safety, environmental consciousness, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards. With a keen eye for supplier management and contract oversight in commercial environments, you ensure seamless operations and delivery. You are adept in stakeholder communication, ensuring cohesive collaboration and clear understanding of responsibilities. Equipped with a deep understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations in building construction, safety, and compliance, you navigate complex landscapes with ease.
