Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while implementing training to support growth within the industry and its identified markets
Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and SOC signings
Complete comprehensive reporting as per business requirements
Manage, coach and mentor a highly focused, competitive and committed team of sales professionals, to achieve key growth plans and take them to the next level
Implement strong sales strategies within dedicated regions to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team
Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount

The successful candidate will have: Extensive experience in a senior Sales Management position, experience in Volume Housing or Established Real Estate preferred
Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIsA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunitiesA proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a workforce
Ability to implement continuous improvement within identified markets
An Energetic and memorable approach, with experience in motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network; andA Great Attitude!!!
