Job Description:
As a Regional Service Coordinator at Amazing Grace, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the initial setup and coordination of our services in the Kimberly Region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality NDIS services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and the local community.
- Identifying suitable accommodation options for clients.
- Carrying out all initial tasks required to establish Amazing Grace as a reputable NDIS service provider in the Kimberly Region and its surrounding areas.
- Overseeing the implementation of positive behavioural support plans including restrictive practices.
- Reporting of unauthorised restrictive practices and notifiable incidents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Residency in Broome.
- A current NDIS Worker Check
- Possess at least a relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in a field related to social work, human services, or community services.
- A strong understanding of the disability support sector and the NDIS Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Personal vehicle for business-related tasks (vehicle allowance and cost reimbursement provided).
- Practical experience, such as working in a similar role is highly desirable.
