The Regional SMC Program Manager in the M365 Partner Consumption Growth Team is responsible for developing and driving the regional program success through partner contribution to our revenue and cloud active usage metrics in the SMC segment.
You will be helping thousands of small, medium and corporate (SMC) customers across the world to achieve their AI and digital transformation business goals by leveraging Microsoft’s Copilot, Modern Work, Security and Compliance solutions with the help of our FastTrack partner community. You will also help initiate and execute go-to-market campaigns and programs, taking advantage of the latest digital marketing technology, big data, and analytics.
Qualifications
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills, and Knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of program management, partner channel, marketing, business development and/or Microsoft solution experience.
- 5+ years of experience in distributed programs through virtual teams in the technology industry.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns that cover thousands of customers.
- Analytical skills and knowledge in using PowerBI or advanced Excel functionalities required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a degree of comfort to lead a senior level audience.
- Inclusive and collaborative – experience collaborating with peers across the world driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 portfolio of cloud solutions
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
As the Regional SMC Program Manager, you will be expected to build relationships with the relevant stakeholders across the Microsoft organization and drive success of multiple priority programs. Components of the role are:
- Develops, drives, executes multiple programs in partnership with teams across organizational boundaries through defining plans, goals, deliverables, learning and timing expectations.
- Establishes and maintains key points of contact with internal teams (SMC/B strategy, SMC field leadership, marketing, product engineering, global partner solutions, FastTrack for M365 etc.) to drive alignment and success against common goals.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to communicate and evangelize key programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in
- Conducts analyses based on data and feedback collection tools. Synthesizes findings into insights across projects. Leverages insights to develop best practice or identify potential solutions to challenges. Shares best practices with peers and partners to help us scale impact in this important segment.
- Assist in the preparation of Rhythm of Business (ROB) materials, provide insights into business performance from different markets.
