- Perform occupational rehabilitation, case management, private consulting or training services as per WorkSafe standards and the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure all external documentation is of an excellent standard.
- Assist General Manager with the management of team related complaints.
- Employer marketing and relationship maintenance.
- Promotion of the company to increase growth.
- Fully registered with relevant body: Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopath.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow business.
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong customer relationships.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience leading a team
- Knowledge and understanding of Workers’ Compensation and injury management.
