The Hills Private Hospital has exciting opportunities available within our rehabilitation units and mental health unit for Registered Nurses seeking full-time or part-time work with commencement date late February 2024.
The Hills Private Hospital is a 111-bed private hospital located in the Hills District of Sydney, consisting of 86 Rehab and 25 mental health beds.
Our hospital offers inpatient and day programs in orthopaedics, neurological, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation as well as treatment programs for mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis intervention and substance abuse.

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
· Planning, assessing, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals / patients / their families and the multidisciplinary team so as to achieve identified goals and health outcomes.
· Taking a leadership role in the coordination of nursing care and work in partnership with Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) providing supervision, direction and guidance
· Providing education, support and guidance to individuals / patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
Essential Criteria:
· Current Registration with APHRA
· 4 years previous experience in medical/surgical essential
· Understanding of National Standards
· A strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes
· Strong teamwork ethic
· Computer literate
· Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024, a salary ranging from $41.38 - $49.79 per hour.
