Positions Available: REGISTERED NURSE
Location: PORT MACQUARIE & TUNCURRY

• What you’ll be doing in this role
• Undertake comprehensive resident assessment and develop a nursing care plan in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and evaluate the outcome.
• Provide high quality nursing care by delivering, managing and overseeing procedures and restorative care.
• Documentation of vital signs, medication intake & patient assessment.
• Provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support to the residents and their families.
• Educate the residents and their families about health issues and care options

• Who we’re looking for
• You’ll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or a passion to begin a career in aged care.
• You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, compassionate, respectful.
• You’ll be committed to aged care nursing practice.
- • You’ll hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
