AddressOpportunity for a Registered Nurse to pick up either part/full-time permanent shifts at a medium sized Nursing Home in Port Macquarie.
You will align well with this opportunity if you are passionate about delivering quality care to our elderly and have a drive for continually improving standards.
- Take a holistic view to Nursing care, with consideration of each residents' biological, social, psychological and spiritual needs.
- You will play a key role in residents’ lives. By getting to know them individually as people and through sharp clinical assessment skills, you will ensure that they access the very best care.
- You will work closely with Medical and Allied Health Professionals and residents’ family members to advocate for their quality of life.
- You will also work closely with the Personal Care Assistants on site, supervising and supporting them in their roles.
- Medium sized Nursing Home in Port Macquarie - less than 100 beds.
- Join an established not-for-profit Aged Care Provider with a large portfolio of Aged Care Services.
- Hourly rate as per Enterprise Agreement. Access to salary packaging to supplement your earnings.

Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse - essential.
- Prior experience working in Residential Aged Care - desirable.
- Community Aged Care experience / Aged Care Nursing within the Hospital setting also invited to express interest.
