NEST is a multidisciplinary practice based in Melbourne's Southeastern suburbs. NEST holds bi-monthly Grand Rounds for all staff and clinicians and holds many social functions throughout the year!
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or higher qualification
- Immunisation Accredited
- Current AHPRA Nursing registration
- Computer literacy is required. Experience with Best Practice is advantageous.
- Experience adhering to infection control guidelines, vaccine cold chain storage principles, occupational health and safety principles and general practice accreditation standards.
- Current National Police and Working with Children Checks
Tasks & responsibilities
- Administering Immunisations
- Wound Management
- Assisting GP with minor procedures
- Health Assessment and CDMs
- Treatment Room & Stock Management
- Triage – over the phone and in person
- Infection Control
- Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals
