We are recruiting an experienced RN to write and oversee the implementation of our care plans and risk assessments.
You can fit this in around your current roster and work on days that suit you - subject to participant requirements. We are a pet friendly disability service, we consider pets as family, so if you are a pet parent and have a pet who likes to have you around, we are the organisation for you (please note you can't take pets on participant visits, but working from home allows you to spend more time with your fur family member)
This highly flexible role has an above award hourly rate and travel expenses and you can work from home.
The role will involve:
- Overseeing, writing and implementation of care plans
- Visiting our participants
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (preferred)
- Community experience (preferred)
- Experience in writing care plans (preferred)
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- The right to work in Australia
