We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Shenton Park General Practice. The position is full-time or part-time with the flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave.
Previous General Practice experience is essential.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be part of an experienced team of RN's
- Ensure exceptional and efficient patient care in collaboration with GPs and the admin team
- Patient triage
- Assisting GP's with emergency/injury management
- Maintaining treatment room and managing patient presentations
- Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
- Vaccinations and iron infusions
- Stock control
Essentials:
- Full AHPRA nursing registration
- The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask
- We utilise a range of clinical and scheduling software which requires strong computer skills
- We have a friendly and supportive team, so a positive, can-do attitude is essential
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience in an accredited general practice
- Experience using Best Practice software
- Immunisation certificate including Covid modules - completed or working towards completion
- Experience in care planning / chronic disease management
