The Role:
As an Acute Nurse, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing compassionate care to patients with acute medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and assessing patients' conditions.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated experience in acute care nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
