Business Development Manager - Modular Buildings

As they continue to expand their presence in the Sydney market, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Sydney market, focusing on key sectors such as construction, education, healthcare, and commercial.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to tailor modular solutions to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tender submissions to prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in Business Development within the construction industry, preferably with experience in modular or prefabricated materials.
- Strong network and relationships within the Sydney construction market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, architecture, or related field would be advantageous.
On offer will be a salary of $110k-$120k (dependent on experience) + Super + Car + comms.
