Our client is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team in both their Mt Lawley metro facility and down South in the Bunbury - Manduarah area. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents within residential Aged care facilities and respite centers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health requirements and formulate personalised care plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to healthcare provider directives.
- Vigilantly monitor residents' health conditions and promptly address any changes in status.
- Oversee and guide the care efforts of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and uphold best practices in Aged care nursing.
- Offer guidance and education to residents and their families to support their well-being and understanding.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA Registration.
- Previous experience in Aged care nursing preferred but not essential.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering person-centered care with dignity and respect.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
