Position: Senior Clinician (Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist) Port Headland
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Provide expert clinical guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of effective and evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Mentor and support junior clinicians, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field to inform and enhance clinical services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Current and valid state licence
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Proven experience in a senior clinical role, demonstrating leadership and excellence in practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
