On our 2nd Floor Surgical Ward, we provide specialised medical care and support to patients recovering from colorectal and urological surgery. As a valued member of our team, you will join a group of professionals dedicated to upholding the highest standards of patient care. Our team is supportive, approachable, patient focused and offers outstanding training and development opportunities.
Hours
We currently have permanent part time vacancies, we invite nurses to embrace a flexible work schedule, encompassing a mix of early, late, and night shifts scheduled flexibly across a 14 day roster. We especially want to hear from anyone that is interested in working night duty.
Join Us If You Have:
We are seeking applications from Registered Nurses with substantial Medical and Surgical experience (3 plus years) to become part of our high performing team. Experience working across the colorectal and urology specialities is highly desirable, however not essential.
Key requirements include:
- Dedication to delivering best practice patient care
- Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to your continued professional development
- Significant experience in a similar fast paced environment
- An interest in mentoring and educating our up and coming nursing students are graduates
Relevant post graduate qualifications will be well regarded and attract an additional hourly allowance.
