Qualifications & experience
- Honest, reliable and proactive.
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Experience with Reckon Accounts (or similar accounting software).
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
- Fantastic communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Weekly Payroll
- General filing, mail collection, daily administrative tasks
This position requires approx 10-12 hours per week. Days and hours are flexible upon negotiation. A valid drivers license is required.
