Rumble is the founding company of a group of independent agencies that gives clients access to a cohesive, full-service offering where they can choose the services they need across strategy, creative development, production, digital and innovation and media.
The Finance team is a shared service for the three independent agencies and we have an opportunity for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant (reporting to the Finance Director) to join the team. The position is the foundation of the financial process and intrinsic to the whole department functioning efficiently & effectively. Hours for the role will range between 15 – 20 hours per week, depending on the successful applicant’s experience and availability.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Managing end-to-end accounts receivable & payable processes with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure all project financials are checked for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Assisting in month-end closing procedures, reporting and ad-hoc tasks when required.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
• Desire to learn, develop and innovate in whatever you do.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• The confidence to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• An understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Xero and project management software is advantageous but not essential.
