About the Role:
- Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound and catheter care and insertion.
- Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Working remotely throughout your community.
- Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

About You:
If you're a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, who thrives in a community care setting, we want to hear from you.
Essentials:
- Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care.
- Some community/aged care experience as an RN of at least 12 months would be an advantage!
- Willingness to travel up to an hour if required.
- Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
- Organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A current unrestricted Australian driver's license
- Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
