About the role

A comfort to our residents and a leader to the team – being a great nurse is all about how you make people feel. No two days will be the same in this diverse role. One day your focus could be on clinical admissions and the next you could focus on wound management.

What will not change though is your commitment to:

• See to our lovely residents’ medical needs.
• Always ensuring their clinical documentation is accurate.
• Being a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Being a health and safety role model.
• Taking pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of clinical care.

Being an empathetic and caring person, who understands the importance of working in Aged Care, you feel a great deal of pride providing exceptional levels of care and support to our residents, and their families and visitors.  You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Great time management and planning skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a diverse team
• Current registration with AHPRA
