Registered Nurse - Night Duty

Located in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Frankston North, Forest Lodge is a 180 bed Home in a quiet suburban setting. 

Forest Lodge is bright and airy, providing high-calibre care in a contemporary setting.   

The Night DutyRegistered Nurse (Division 1 / Grade 5) will be responsible for providing exceptional and comprehensive nursing care with an individualised, person-centred approach.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide leadership and support to the Night Duty care team
• Manage complex care needs such as:
  • palliative care
  • memory support
  • wound management
  • restorative care and pain management
  • medication management
• Role model harmonious, attentive and caring behaviour

Hours of Work (2200h – 0730h)

WEEK 1

• Wednesday

• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Sunday

What you’ll need 

• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Relevant Nursing Qualifications 
• Strong documentation skills with knowledge of ANACC
• Current AHPRA registration 
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• 2024 Influenza vaccination
• NDIS Check   
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
