About this Opportunity
Beaumont Care Wamuran is a beautifully appointed residential aged care service located between Caboolture and Kilcoy. We are currently seeking an AHPRA registered RN to join the team on a permanent part time basis, working Night shifts. You will enjoy a set roster, so you know in advance when you are working each fortnight, plus you are supported on shifts with an experienced EN and team of care staff.
This key role reports to the Service Manager and works closely with the Clinical Nurses and care staff through leading the team in the provision of quality resident care and services, while partnering with residents and their families/ representatives to ensure the best outcomes for all.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have:
- AHPRA registration as an RN
- Current NDIS Worker Clearance (Yellow card), or willingness to apply
- Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation unit
- Attention to detail and the confidence to discuss choices with residents and their families/ representatives
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer focussed approach to quality, improvements and feedback
- Priori experience in aged care is highly regarded, but not essential
