We are seeking someone who can bring value to this welcoming team with experience in Dementia, Assessments, Palliative Care, Medication Administration and a Resident Focused Approach.

 Requirements: 

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Ability to liaise with residents and families on a daily basis
• Knowledge of care plans, wound management, medication management and AN-ACC would be a bonus
• Current police check or willing to obtain
• Full working rights in Australia
