Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse with a particular passion for and strong interest in delivering respiratory / chronic disease management services in the community. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will also have:
- A minimum 2 years' post-registration experience in a related field
- A broad experience in general nursing
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a capacity to problem solve effectively.
- Skills to adapt to changing circumstances as the service develops and grows
- A current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- A current driver's licence
