- Registered Nurse Qualification

Summary of Possible Duties:
- Provide high-quality support to residents
- Administration of Medications
- Liaising with patients, family, doctors, medical team, and other residents in the facility
- Documentation of patient assessments, medication intakes, and residents' vital signs
- Depending on the facility and shift may need to be in charge
- Reporting directly to the Facility Manager / Care Manager
- Complying with the Facility policies and procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service, presenting a professional manner
- Providing care in accordance with the resident's individualised care plan
- Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
