SalaryMayflower is seeking a seasoned and passionate Team Leader to join our Home Care team across our Brighton and Reservoir sites on a full-time basis. You will provide direct supervision and regional support to case managers to deliver high quality and consumer directed care to our clients.

About the Role
- Support program development and growth by educating and informing potential client’s and relevant stakeholders of our Home Care services
- Provide clinical and operational supervision to Case Managers
- Manage rostering of Case Managers
- Provide the Home Care Manager with key information that may impact the operations and the service group
- Lead and support regular case mix meeting

The successful candidate will have
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- Experience in Team Leadership within Community, Healthcare or Aged Care sector
- A caring, energetic, and professional approach to support clients with a diverse range of needs
- Knowledge and understanding of the diverse needs of older people and people with disabilities
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Current NDIS check or ability to obtain one
- A valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate and Flu Vaccine (as required by the Government for aged care workers)
