We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team.
Position Details:
- Role:Registered Nurse
- Start Date: Flexible
- Location:Victoria Point - Brisbane, QLD
- Salary: Up to $45 per hour + super
- Additional Benefits: Salary Sacrifice
- Roster: Set roster with predominantly AM & PM shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform medication rounds and ensure accurate administration of prescribed medications
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for residents

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in supervising and mentoring other healthcare staff is desirable
