At Bright Upwards we have a great culture that is supportive and inclusive. Due to the continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.
As an Registered Nurse, you are responsible for:
- Frontline for the compliance team.
- Prepare care plans for SIL houses and make sure the team leaders and support workers.
- Internal audit: Checking care plan, documents, and progress notes to ensure all the documents meet the group standard.
- Education: provide ongoing training to case managers and support workers
- Being the first contact for company from team leaders, case managers, and support workers. To provide clinical advice.
Requirements
- Vietnamese native speaker
- Can communicate by English
- A bachelor's degree in nursing
- An active nursing license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, physicians and other stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the client and family needs in a timely manner
- General knowledge of case management practices, including familiarity with relevant products and services
- Good computer skills, including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in establishing professional and collaborative relationships with clients, doctors and insurance providers
- Aged Care/ or NDIS experience as a Registered Nurse Case Manager is highly preferred
