The Opportunity
With the recent expansion of our service team, an exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Psychologist, Clinical Psychology Registrar or Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team and support service delivery at our Wollongong and Nowra locations.
This is a varied role, which includes providing a range of high-quality evidence-based mental health services to clients within a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals.
Our psychologists work with a range of mental health presentations and offer services to a diverse client caseload and range of referral schemes including EAP, Medicare, Worker’s compensation, NDIS and DVA/Bupa Defence, as well as employer services including independent psychological assessments and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.

The successful applicant must have
- Current general registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- The ability to work both autonomously/independently in provision of psychological services and collaboratively in client care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute or chronic psychological disorders or adjustment difficulties.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver appropriate evidence-based treatments to support positive outcomes with clients
- Experience with a range of evidence based psychological therapies such as CBT, ACT, IPT, EMDR, Mindfulness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise well with referrers, other treating clinicians and external stakeholders
- Completion of duties in a reliable, timely and professional manner
- Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence.
- Valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
