Opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist / Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychology Registrar specialising in working with adults AND/OR adolescents and children. 

$115 - $190 per hour  

An exciting opportunity exists to join an established Clinical Psychology practise that offers treatment to adults, children, adolescents, couples and families. We have been operating for seventeen years and have an excellent referral base. Innerwise Clinical Psychology has a strong reputation for providing highly professional yet warm and friendly services to residents of St George and the Sutherland Shire. 
 

We have newly fitted out premises in Penshurst. You will work with a team of Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars and Psychologists, most with over twenty years of experience and in a supportive environment. We also have a number of registrars at the practice 

You can choose how many hours and which days you would like to work at the practice (1 to 5 days).  We are open Monday to Saturday. You also choose how many clients you want to see per day.

Plenty of parking is available nearby the practice. We are situated close to Penshurst Railway Station making travel to work via public transport easy should this be your desired mode of travel. 

Qualifications & experience

• Hold a Masters or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology including Clinical Psychology registrars OR be a fully Registered Psychologist or soon to be registering with AHPRA

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provision of evidence-based interventions to people presenting with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life issues and adjustment disorder.
• You are welcome to provide relationship counselling should you be interested in this work.
• You decide who you want to work with (adults, adolescents, children or couples depending on your skills and interests). Our practice allows our psychologists to work in their areas of interest and expertise.
• If you enjoy conducting group work, you are welcome to be part of one of the group programs runs at Innerwise. 
• The opportunity to provide assessments including ADHD and/or Specific Learning Disorders if desired.
