As a Relationship Manager, you will take complete ownership of client relationships, ensuring accountability for their financial outcomes.   • Ideally, 2-3 years of industry experience, with knowledge in mortgage loans, property management, or construction preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage and monitor an assigned client base, engaging through various channels to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in timely data collection and client follow-ups, ensuring accurate Monthly Rapid Repay reports are delivered promptly.
  • Conduct Mid & Annual reviews, aiming for client renewals and ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Helping clients stay accountable for their Rapid Repay journey, including budgeting and debt reduction.
  • Work collaboratively with third-party professionals like financial planner, accountants, and Infinity Staff to provide comprehensive client support.
  • Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to enhance client experiences, such as property or finance opportunities or third-party referrals.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates Rate reviews for their lending products, maintaining precision and compliance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of loan products, lender policies, and loan structuring, offering informed guidance to clients.
  • Address staff and client queries or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with allocated Finance Strategists and their support team to streamline customer service delivery, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Maintain updated, accurate, and compliant client system files according to legislative and Infinity Group requirements.
  • Efficiently manage allocated tasks and undertake additional duties directed by management to ensure holistic client support.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years industry experience (preferred although not essential). 
  • 2-3 years in a customer service-related role (Mandatory).
  • A knowledge and understanding of mortgage loans, property management and/or construction preferred. 
  • Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory). 

Please be aware that this position is a full time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Norwest, Sydney.
