Relationship Manager Home Loan
Bank of China currently is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Relationship Manager to join the Bank.
This is a Two Year Maximum Term Contract subject to review for an on-going basis after the contract period.
You are mainly responsible for business development, reviewing the Bank's retail loan products and building up loan portfolios. You responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, growing network of accredited mortgage brokers, and delivering a comprehensive and quality service experience to broker business;
- Assisting with accredited mortgage brokers with their applications and scenarios, responding to queries regarding products, policy and process;
- Attending periodic regional meetings and marketing events held by mortgage aggregators and the Bank;
- Interviewing clients and prospects seeking residential loans, collecting and analyzing financial and related data to determine general creditworthiness, structuring loan terms and conditions that meet the client's needs and the Bank's lending guideline;
- Reviewing documentation and working with Bank personnel or panel external parties to ensure loan documentation is prepared in accordance with loan approval, and facilitating the loan progress towards settlement;
- Monitoring loan repayment activities and taking necessary action to collect from past-due accounts;
- Cooperating with and supporting the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Candidates should ideally:
- More than five years of retail banking experience, including more than three years of residential lending sales experience;
- Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or finance
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all Banks' residential lending products and services and promote Bank products to meet clients' needs.
