About the role:

We are looking for our next Customer Relationship Manager to continue to revolutionise the wellbeing space in NSW. The next Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for  developing new partnerships, as well as retention and growth of small, medium and large customers across all sectors including business, enterprise, government, health and education sectors. 

These outcomes will be achieved through strategic planning, hunting for new opportunities, building strong relationships and engagement across all industries within New South Wales The Customer Relationship Manager will also be responsible for sharing of insights and opportunity identification within and across the entire Converge portfolio, solution selling techniques, internal collaboration, proposal development and follow up, strong negotiation skills and a consistent track record of delivery to (and above) expectations.  

The role will be hybrid however, there will be a requirement for frequent face-to-face meetings scheduled across Sydney.

Duties include:

• Management of warm leads from end-to-end leading to conversion
• Development of tender responses 
• Tender presentations to prospective clients
• Cross business engagement and collaboration including delegation/empowerment to relevant business support areas

• Developing strong relationships with medium to large customers, state-wide and nationally
• Customer opportunity identification (across all products)
• Strategic thinking and planning of annual customer plans and monthly tactical campaigning activities
• Maintaining long term customer relationships through positive and responsive engagement and regular review of customer needs
• Growing customer relationships through the active promotion of key services/contracts
• Achieving commercial performance with new customers numbers and proactive customer retention
About you:
You will be an accomplished account management professional with a history of growing account relationships in a face-to-face sales environment. To be successful in this role, you will have these skills, attributes, and experience:
• 5 years customer account / business management (healthcare experience not essential, but well regarded)
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
• A background in relationship/account management in a B2B environment
• Strong technical skills in delivering growth, business planning and problem solving
• Willingness to partner with internal stakeholders to achieve strong organisational outcomes, be a team player, encouraging and cooperative
