Looking for Release Engineer for Contract Position with one of the biggest reputed IT organisation.. who is killing in stock market.
We are seeking an experienced Release Engineer for an initial 6 month contract with a 6 month extension option.
Job location - CBD, Sydney (Hybrid work)
To be successful in the role you will have
- Demonstrated experience in a release orchestration tool, preferably XL Release
- Demonstrated experience, preferably with Omnia (Hadoop Big Data Platform) including expertise in writing complex queries
- Demonstrated experience in Unix/Linux operating systems
- Experience with Github, Octopus, TeamCity, Jenkins, JFrog, Oracle, and scheduling tools like Autosys or similar
- Ability to support release team in automation from deployment and process automation perspective
- Strong understanding of best practices for software delivery
- Knowledge and expertise in continuous delivery and continuous integration at an enterprise scale
