As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Safety and Environmental Impact: Support efforts to maintain safe systems, equipment, and reduce risks whilst promoting a safety first culture.
- Quality Focus: Address product quality concerns related to equipment failures and enhance Right First Time (RFT) performance.
- Operations Performance: Optimize factory plant and equipment performance through reliability-focused procedures. Measure and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize waste.
- Engineering and Reliability Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance programs, asset lifecycle strategies, and spare part inventory management. Support CAPEX projects.
- A demonstrated track record in maintenance, reliability or engineering;
- Knowledge of asset management and predictive / proactive maintenance systems;
- FMCG manufacturing environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders;
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work autonomously within a team environment;
- Degree qualifications in engineering;
