About the RoleWe are seeking a Reliability Advisor - Electrical to work with our diverse fleet of equipment to improve safety, availability, reliability and cost efficiency. The Reliability Advisor – Electrical is a key technical resource within the Asset Management team and works across all fleets of mining equipment. Reporting to the Reliability Engineer, their primary objective is to use their technical and HME knowledge to improve reliability and availability through analysis of equipment performance data, in-field verification and the completion of reliability / defect elimination projects. What you will be doingProvide technical support to maintenance planning and execution teams Identify defects through the analysis of downtime events and failure dataAssess, prioritise and manage reliability and defect elimination projects to deliver improvements in safety, availability, reliability and costReview component strip reports and conduct failure analysis so that condition monitoring tactics can be developed and/or refinedMonitor and review the effectiveness of the existing tactics through close collaboration with the wider reliability team and other key stakeholdersProvide technical engineering input into the shutdown planning process and scope Provide technical engineering input to the Off-Site Repairs (OSR) team regarding component rebuild, repair and replacement scopes What you will needElectrical trade qualificationTertiary engineering qualifications will be highly regarded but not essentialPrevious HME maintenance experience within an open cut mining environmentPrevious exposure to a Maintenance Management system (Pulse experience would be advantageous but not essential)Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence all levels of the businessCurrent Drivers Licence with reliable transport Ability to pass an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol Test Benefits:Monday to Friday RosterSubsided health insurance and fitness subsidy Salary Packaging Attractive relocation package including financial assistance to relocate with temporary accommodation and hire car availableNovated leasing available About WorkPacWorkPac is Australia’s largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
