Relief Team Leader - Truganina

Tip Top Victoria is currently seeking applications for a Relief Team Leader, based at our Truganina site. Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager.

Purpose of the role:

The primary purpose of the Relief Team Leader role is to:

• Assist in staff management and administration
• Ensure Depot feeders are despatched on time with minimal down time.
• Manage and coordinate the returns of crates and dollies for production/warehouse   requirements on a daily basis.
• Maintain a safe, efficient and effective work place
• Work towards and maintaining a 100% DIFOT
• Implement and encourage health and safety within the workplace
• Ensure team runs smoothly
• Assist in organising casual labour for warehouse duties and loading/unloading.

About You.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years warehousing experience
• Competent using SAP WMS or a similar warehouse system
• OH&S experience are preferred
• Knowledge of Food Safety/HACCP is essential
• Experience within the FMCG is highly desirable
• Computer literate and possesses basic data entry skills
• Experience in Inventory Control
• Competent in all aspects of warehouse operations
• Great communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
