Tip Top Victoria is currently seeking applications for a Relief Team Leader, based at our Truganina site. Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager.
Purpose of the role:
The primary purpose of the Relief Team Leader role is to:
- Assist in staff management and administration
- Ensure Depot feeders are despatched on time with minimal down time.
- Manage and coordinate the returns of crates and dollies for production/warehouse requirements on a daily basis.
- Maintain a safe, efficient and effective work place
- Work towards and maintaining a 100% DIFOT
- Implement and encourage health and safety within the workplace
- Ensure team runs smoothly
- Assist in organising casual labour for warehouse duties and loading/unloading.
About You.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years warehousing experience
- Competent using SAP WMS or a similar warehouse system
- OH&S experience are preferred
- Knowledge of Food Safety/HACCP is essential
- Experience within the FMCG is highly desirable
- Computer literate and possesses basic data entry skills
- Experience in Inventory Control
- Competent in all aspects of warehouse operations
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
