JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Payroll and Compliance Assistant. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in payroll administration and ensuring compliance within the Coastal Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the Licensing Register of Coastal Group
Handle paperwork for all conjunction agents within Coastal Group
Ensure compliance with government bodies in both states for all Coastal offices
Maintain a calendar of staff compliance dates
Audit birthday, anniversary, and staff emergency lists
Ensure all paperwork is received from new starters and entered into the system
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including data entry, calculations, and payroll reporting
Ensure payroll compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and deductions
Assist with payroll inquiries and issue resolution
Collaborate with the Payroll and Compliance Manager to identify and implement process improvements
Assist in financial reporting and budgeting processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance in Real-Estate.
Handled US or AU client
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent numerical aptitude and proficiency with calculations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of compliance requirements is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary Offer: Php25,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month (Open Salary)
