Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive salary analytic using data from industry partners.
- Drive salary bench marking exercises and deliver insightful market trend reports.
- Overhaul and streamline compensation reporting processes through advanced Business Intelligence tools.
- Play a key role in budget preparation and review, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and inflation rates.
- Provide critical support during our annual remuneration review process.
- Working with the Global HR/Talent teams.
The Successful ApplicantAbout You:- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including mastery of pivot tables, v look ups, and complex formulas.
- Demonstrated expertise in job grading evaluation and compensation structure development.
- Strong analytic acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HR systems and adeptness in budget management.
- Prior exposure to WGEA reporting and compliance would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
What's on OfferOffer to the Candidate:
- Salary: Competitive annual salary of up to $130,000 + Superannuation (pro rata for 6 months).
- Location: Sydney -- Flexible work schedule: Full-time or part-time (3-4 days per week).
- Role: Join our HR team, reporting too our Head of HR, to lead salary analytic, bench marking, and reporting projects.
