You will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioratise, manage, motivate and drive the production team to acieve set goals.

About the Role
As an integral part of the business your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Repair and reshape body panels
- Welding and cutting
- Align and fit panels
- Read and interpret repair manuals
- Maintenance of tools and equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times
- Provide customer service - when required
About You
Along with your strong work ethic and previous industry experience you will,
- Organise team and workflow through production.
- Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
- Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
- Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and, complete final quality assurance sign off.
- Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioratise, quote and manage repair cost.
You will have
- Previous Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity.
- Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (desirable).
- Strong and Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
- A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
- A commitment to quality and the customer experience.
- The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
